SUPPLEMENTARY ANNOUNCEMENT
This supplementary announcement is made by Sunshine Oilsands Ltd. (the “Company”) pursuant to Rule 13.09 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the Inside Information Provisions under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
Temporary Production Suspension
Referring to the Company’s announcement dated November 17, 2024 in relation to, amongst others, the temporary production suspension, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to supplement that the repair and maintenance work will take place at the only active project in West Ells. It is estimated that the repair and maintenance work will last for two to three months and is subject to uncertainty due to uncontrollable factors, e.g. weather conditions, road conditions etc.
The Company will issue further announcements for any future updates and upon completion of the repair and maintenance work.
