DATE OF BOARD MEETING
The board of directors (the “Board”) of Sunshine Oilsands Ltd. (the “Company”) announces that a meeting of the Board will be held at around 9:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 9, 2024 (Calgary time) (around 11:30 a.m. on Friday, May 10, 2024 (Hong Kong time)) for the purposes of, amongst other matters, approving the first quarter results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the three months ended March 31, 2024 and their publications.
