CESSATION OF CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Sunshine Oilsands Ltd. (the “Corporation” or “Sunshine”) announced that Mr. Frank Chi Man Ng (“Mr. Ng”) ceased to be the Chief Technology Officer (“CTO”) and all his other office in the Corporation, effective from August 5, 2023. Mr. Ng has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and that there are no matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Corporation.
