DATE OF BOARD MEETING
The board of directors (the “Board”) of Sunshine Oilsands Ltd. (the “Corporation”) announces that a meeting of the Board will be held at around 9:30 p.m. Calgary time on Thursday, August 10, 2023 (around 11:30 a.m. Hong Kong time on Friday, August 11, 2023) for the purposes of, amongst other matters, approving the interim results and report of the Corporation and its subsidiaries for the three months and six months ended June 30, 2023 and their publications.
