DATE OF BOARD MEETING
The board of directors (the “Board”) of Sunshine Oilsands Ltd. (the “Company”) announces that a meeting of the Board will be held at around 9:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 11, 2023 in Calgary, Canada (on or about 11:30 a.m. Hong Kong time on Friday, May 12, 2023) for the purpose of, among other matters, approving the first quarter results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the three months ended March 31, 2023 and their publications.
