DATE OF BOARD MEETING
The board of directors (the “Board”) of Sunshine Oilsands Ltd. (the “Company”) announces that a meeting of the Board will be held at around 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 23, 2023 in Calgary, Canada (around 10:00 a.m. Hong Kong time on Friday, March 24, 2023), for the purposes of, amongst other matters, approving the annual results and report of the Company and its subsidiaries for the year ended December 31, 2022 and their publications.
