The board of directors (the “Board”) of Sunshine Oilsands Ltd. (the “Company”) announces that a meeting of the Board will be held at on or about 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 11, 2021 in Calgary, Canada (on or about 11:30 a.m. Hong Kong time on Friday, November 12, 2021), for the purposes of, amongst other matters, approving the quarterly results and report of the Company and its subsidiaries for the three months and nine months ended September 30, 2021 and their publications.
