DATE OF BOARD MEETING
The board of directors (the “Board”) of Sunshine Oilsands Ltd. (the “Corporation”) announces that a meeting of the Board will be held on or about 9:30 p.m. Calgary time on Thursday, August 12, 2021 (on or about 11:30 a.m. Hong Kong time on Friday, August 13, 2021) for the purposes of, amongst other matters, approving the interim results and report of the Corporation and its subsidiaries for the three months and six months ended June 30, 2021 and their publications.
