The board of directors (the “Board”) of Sunshine Oilsands Ltd. (the “Company”) announces that a meeting of the Board will be held on or about 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 12, 2020 in Calgary, Canada (on or about 11:30 a.m. Hong Kong time on Wednesday, May 13, 2020) for the purpose of, among other matters, approving the first quarter results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the three months ended March 31, 2020 and their publications.
