Overseas Regulatory Announcement
Management’s Discussion and Analysis for the year ended December 31, 2013 of the Company has been amended to include additional disclosure required by applicable Canadian regulatory requirements with respect to its disclosure controls and procedures (“DC&P”). The original disclosure did not provide the Officers’ conclusion on the effectiveness of DC&P.
The additional disclosure does not impact the audited consolidated financial statements of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2013.
