The board of directors (the “Board”) of Sunshine Oilsands Ltd. (the “Company”) announces that a meeting of the Board will be held at on or about 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 8, 2018 in Calgary, Canada (on or about 11:00 a.m. Hong Kong time on Friday, November 9, 2018), for the purposes of, amongst other matters, approving the quarterly results and report of the Company and its subsidiaries for the three months and nine months ended September 30, 2018 and their publications.
