Date of Board Meeting
The board of directors (the “Board”) of Sunshine Oilsands Ltd. (the “Company”) announces that a meeting of the Board will be held on or about 9:00 p.m. Calgary time on Thursday, May 10, 2018 (on or about 11:00 a.m. Hong Kong time on Friday, May 11, 2018) for the purposes of, amongst other matters, approving the first quarter results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the three months ended March 31, 2018.
